What is Shepherd's Alert?
Shepherd's Alert turns the press of a wireless button into an instant alert
to your church's safety and security team. Your church administrator sets up
the account and assigns who is alerted by each button.
Common questions
- How do I get an account? Accounts are created by your church's
administrator — there is no public sign-up. Ask your admin to add you.
- I'm not getting alerts. Open the app, make sure notifications are
turned on when prompted, and confirm your admin has assigned you to a button.
- How do I pair a button? In the app, go to the pairing screen and
hold the Flic button until it connects. Keep the paired phone within range and
unlocked-or-locked (not force-closed).
- How do I delete my account? In the app, open the ⋯ menu and choose
Delete my account. This removes your login and your data.
- Can I use it on a computer? Yes — open
on-call-app.netlify.app in any browser
to use the web version.
